Although we are based in the West Midlands, we cover England and Wales without any additional travel fees. Wherever your celebration is taking place, we’re happy to be there to encapsulate it.

Often, we stay in hotels the night before your wedding to make sure we are fresh for the big day if it is taking place over 2 hours away from us, but we do not charge extra for this.  

We know how exciting it is to relive your day, so we provide a selection of carefully curated teasers of your wedding day within a few days (see investment options for more details).

For photography, this includes approximately 20 images capturing the key moments and atmosphere of your day. For video, you’ll receive a short highlight reel (*Investment option specific).

Usual turnaround time for your full galleries to be delivered is approximately within 8 -12 weeks. If you would prefer to receive your content sooner, we offer an express service with delivery within 1 week of your wedding. This is available at an additional fee.

Once you’ve accepted your quote and signed the contract, we require a £500 deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your wedding.

You’re welcome to pay the balance in one lump sum or in instalments, whichever works best for you.

Not a problem at all, We love working at new venues! While there are venues we visit more regularly, we’re very used to working in new locations and adapting to different spaces.

We’re also happy to visit your venue with you ahead of your wedding day if you’d like to walk through plans together.

We arrive around 2/3 hours before your ceremony to capture venue details and preparations.

Our Investment options start from 8 hours for full day wedding and 3 hours for micro weddings.

More hours coverage along with extra days, are available enhancements for your investments.

Absolutely, we’re more than happy to accommodate any specific photo requests you may have.

While we have our own timeless, editorial and fine art approach to capturing your day, we’re always happy to incorporate any particular shots you’d like us to recreate or use as inspiration.

In the very unlikely event that one or both of us are unwell, we have a trusted network of photographers and videographers we regularly work with who can step in to cover your day. We would only ever recommend professionals we’re confident can deliver work to our standard.

If we’re unable to attend in person, we would still handle the editing of your photos and/or video, ensuring your final gallery and film reflect our signature timeless, editorial style.

All music used in our films is professionally licensed.

We carefully select music that complements the style and atmosphere of your wedding, ensuring the final film feels cohesive and true to your day with our editorial, fine-art style.

Yes, we love creating albums and have carefully selected a high-quality manufacturer to produce them. Each album is hand made in Italy using premium fabrics and leathers.

We have a range of samples available so you can see and feel what your album could look like. We also offer the option to include your wedding film on a screen embedded within the album presentation box for something a little more special.
We also offer professional prints, printed in house by us.

We strictly limit ourselves to 25 weddings each year. This allows us to give every celebration the time and attention your wedding deserves and requires.
